Traffic Swarm???

Ok fellow bloggers!! Or maybe I should say fellow blog readers. Has anyone heard of a website called traffic swarm??? I have recently joined this thing and I am wondering if anyone else out there has and what do you think of it. Is it increasing traffic to your site? Is the pro option worth the money??
